GMMK PRO FLEX BATCH RESERVATION INFORMATION

Now that Batch 1 order process has come to a close, Flex Batch reservations will begin receiving emails to complete their purchases in the coming weeks. We appreciate everyone’s patience regarding the port congestion issues and look forward to getting your GMMK PRO into your hands.

If you have a Flex Batch reservation, you will be notified only when your unit becomes available.
Units will be distributed in the order reservations were received.

Flex Batch reservation holders will not all receive their emails at the same time. We also cannot provide
your exact location in the queue.


This is a continuous rolling process and our goal is to fulfill your orders as soon as stock comes in until we are caught up. Unfortunately, we can’t give individual estimated delivery dates quite yet as global logistics continue to be in flux. We have multiple shipments on the way, but port conditions are still unpredictable.

ORDERING PROCESS

You will be emailed a link to complete your purchase when a unit becomes available to you. A comprehensive guide to the order process can be found here.

Note: Key dates have been changed due to an unprecedented delay with Batch 1.

Be sure to whitelist support@pcgamingrace.com to ensure the email does not go to Spam.

If you do not complete your order within 7 days of receiving the email, the reservation will automatically be canceled, and you will be refunded. The refund and cancellation process can take 4-5 business days to complete.

Accessories Availability

Accessories are exclusive to purchase for those invited to complete their reservations, including Batch 1 and Flex Batch owners, until 4/14 at 3 pm CST. After 3 pm CST, all GMMK PRO accessories will be available to everyone to purchase through pcgamingrace.com.

Some accessories may be periodically sold out or unavailable during your initial checkout. Don’t worry - we plan to keep them continuously in stock as soon as we catch up with demand. Sign up for the Back in Stock notifications to know as soon as they come in again.

International orders

A heads up to our non-US customers: GMMK PRO is fairly heavy compared to some of our other products, making it relatively more expensive to ship internationally (often $40-$50 or more depending on your location). International customers may also be required to pay local customs or duty fees (which we are unable to estimate for you).

If the shipping costs are prohibitive for you through our website, many of our international retail partners will be receiving inventory sometime during Q2 or Q3 of this year. Check out our authorized retailers page to find your nearest store.

Every retailer has their own pre-order process and ETAs, so we recommend contacting them directly to inquire about details.

If you haven’t reserved yet

We are working hard to get GMMK PRO fully in stock. Until we can maintain an adequate supply, the reservation system will continue.

The reservation price for the GMMK PRO is $100.

The board is $169.99 total, so you’ll only need to pay the additional $69.99 at checkout.

When you reserve, you’ll be added to the Flex Batch waiting list. As soon as your board is available, we’ll notify you via email to complete your order.

As the list is fulfilled chronologically, we recommend placing a reservation ASAP. We can only give broad estimates. You’ll see a range of dates in the modal window when you complete the reservation checkout.

FAQ

Q: How will I know if my Flex Batch reservation is ready?

A: You will be receiving an email as soon as a unit is ready for you, so keep an eye out to not miss the window.

Q: I am noticing that other customers are getting notified about their orders, where is my email?

A: Not receiving an email can mean one of three things:
1) You may need to check your spam email to see if it went there.
2) We have not sent your order email out yet.
3) Your reservation was not processed, or the order was canceled. Check your account page to see the status of your order. 



Q: Can you tell me exactly where I am in the Flex Batch?

A: No, we currently cannot provide information regarding your place in the queue at this time.


Q: Will I be able to purchase accessories when I place my GMMK PRO order?

A: Yes, accessories will be available to purchase exclusively to reservation holders until 4/14 at 3 pm CST. After that time, accessories will be open to the public for purchase.


Q: If I am in the Flex Batch, will I have access to an updated version of the Brass Plate or other GMMK PRO accessory when they release? When could that be? A: We're investigating potential adjustments to products for future batches but no set timeline is in place for these. Please continue to monitor our social media accounts for more information. 

Q: Can you give specific details regarding when the next Flex Batch arrives?

A: The Flex Batch is a rolling launch with no definite quantity or release date. As we continue to receive GMMK PRO stock, we will quickly work to get your order email out and keyboard shipped.


Q: What is the best method for tracking my GMMK PRO order?

A: If you receive a tracking information email sitting at “Shipping Label Created” for an extended period, we recommend entering your tracking number here: https://track.firstmile.com/.


Q: What is the reason for potential shipping delays?

A: The current unprecedented global situation has led to delays in shipping and manufacturing. Batch 1 was delayed due to congestion at U.S. ports, and we cannot guarantee an issue like this will not happen again. We will continue to keep you in the loop regarding potential delays as soon as possible.

Q2 is coming to a close, and I haven’t received an order conformation. I’m very exited to receive the keyboard since my 60% broke and I’ve been having to use a 40 foot long razor keyboard. Ive been standing by with my lubed alpacas waiting. Please hmu asap glorious!

Ordered April 10th, I am seeing people that ordered on May 2nd get there boards. Difficult to believe that no updates have been emailed to waiting customers after this excessive delay

I emailed the support line on 5/24 i ordered in the flex batch on 4/14 the website is still showing that boards should be shipping towards the end of the month and was looking for an update on when i can expect the board to be ready for shipping. My current keyboard has had a lot of issues and would rather not have to buy another board if i the GMMK pro is not far out.

So I ordered on 11/11/20. I have not gotten my “complete your order” email.

Another person I know ordered the same color on the same date but 3-4 hours after me. They got their email.

I’m in flexbatch, so were they.

You say we had until 4/14 to order our accessories and yet … I never got an email to do that.
