Changed your mind about your order? No problem.

You can cancel or modify your order through our self-service portal anytime within the modification time window. The time window begins as soon as you place your order, and expires the following 10:00 AM CST, Monday through Friday.

For example, if you placed your order at 11:00 AM CST on Monday, your order would be editable until 10:00 AM CST Tuesday.

If you placed your order at 9:50 AM CST Monday, your order would only be editable until 10:00 AM CST Monday.

If you placed your order any time on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be editable until 10:00 AM CST Monday.

If you miss this order modification window, we will unfortunately NOT be able to edit or cancel your order. Please contact support to initiate a return process ONCE you have gotten your package.

 

How to cancel or modify your order:

  1. Click on Account Management page
  2. If you do not have an account please create one. Use the same email you used to place your order on our site.
  3. Click on Cancel or Edit 

Alternatively, you can modify your order via e-mail OR at the orders status page.
