Order Modification and Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind about your order? No problem.
You can cancel or modify your order through our self-service portal anytime within the modification time window. The time window begins as soon as you place your order, and expires the following 10:00 AM CST, Monday through Friday.
If you miss this order modification window, we will unfortunately NOT be able to edit or cancel your order. Please contact support to initiate a return process ONCE you have gotten your package.
How to cancel or modify your order:
- Click on Account Management page
- If you do not have an account please create one. Use the same email you used to place your order on our site.
- Click on Cancel or Edit
Alternatively, you can modify your order via e-mail OR at the orders status page.
