- Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute an offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason, regardless of whether your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged and your original order is canceled or modified you will receive a prompt refund or partial refund credit to your account. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and you will receive partial refund credit to your account if the credit card was charged.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled by you unless: 1.) The shipment is unavoidably delayed or 2.) The order is canceled or modified through the self-service portal within sixty (60) minutes of placing your order. To request cancellations after the sixty (60) minute order modification window has passed and before the shipment is released please contact support by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We sell directly to end user customers from our site and do not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products and services which are offered on our site.
Should our site experience technical difficulties, we are not responsible for orders that are not processed or accepted.
- Payment Terms and Sales Taxes
Terms of payment are within our sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, payment must be received by us prior to our acceptance of an order.
We accept credit cards for all purchases. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.
Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, we do not include international taxes or fees, such as local customs and duty fees, on your order. You are responsible for any international taxes or fees associated with your order. We are required to disclose the full value of the package contents. If an order is refused, you are responsible for any shipping, taxes, duties, customs fees, and other applicable fees incurred.
All payments must be in United States dollars. Current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. We retain a security interest in the products and all proceeds thereof until the full purchase price (including taxes and additional charges) has been paid.
Charges for shipping and handling will be made in accordance with our then-current shipping policies, as described below.
- Changes in Products and Pricing
We regularly update and revise our product and service offerings, and may discontinue products and services at any time without notice. To the extent that we provide information on availability of products or services, you should not rely on such information, and we will not be liable for any lack of availability of products or services that you may order through our site.
All pricing for the products and services available on our site is subject to change. For all of our prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.
- Shipping Policy
If shipping is delayed more than thirty (30) business days, we advise you to contact support at email@example.com
for further assistance. If the delay is less than thirty (30) business days, we will ship the product as soon as it is available. If the product you ordered is on backorder for more than ninety (90) business days, we will send you an e-mail message notifying you that your order has been cancelled or provide a new estimated shipment date. If you do not advise us that you would like to cancel the order, we will keep the order active.
These shipping terms are accepted by you when placing an order with us.
- Refusal or Cancelation of Order
At our sole discretion, we may refuse or cancel any order, with or without notice, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
- Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Our responsibility for defects relating to the products and services available on our site is limited to the procedures described in our return policy set forth below. OUR SOLE AND ENTIRE MAXIMUM LIABILITY (AND THE LIABILITY OF ANY OF THE PROVIDERS OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AVAILABLE ON OUR SITE), FOR ANY REASON, AND YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, WILL BE LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES YOU HAVE ORDERED THROUGH OUR SITE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTION’S LAW IS APPLICABLE TO YOUR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
- Warranty and Return Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Glorious-branded products sold through the PCGAMINRACE.COM website. The product return must be initiated within thirty (30) days from product delivery, and the RMA or Order Number must be clearly marked on the return packaging. The returned product must be undamaged and free of any surface blemishes or scratches. We may, in our sole discretion, issue a partial refund or charge a restocking fee for any returned item. This 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to any non-Glorious branded products, such as, but not limited to, Gateron or Kailh switches.
The products must be returned within ten (10) days of the date that we issue the RMA. All returned products must be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the original boxes, and contain all manuals, blank warranty and registration cards, and other accessories and documentation provided by us. You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We recommend insuring the item and utilizing a carrier that provides delivery confirmation.
Our mice have a two (2) year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. All of our other products have a one (1) year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. Manufacturer's warranty only extends to the original purchaser.
Defective products may be returned directly to us within one hundred eighty (180) days from the delivery date for replacement. After one hundred eighty (180) days, the manufacturer's warranty applies, and we will replace the defective product. We are responsible for shipping charges for defective products returned within one hundred eighty (180) days, but you are responsible for shipping charges for products returned after one hundred eighty (180) days. Our manufacturer’s warranty only covers defects of products caused by the manufacturing process. It does not cover regular wear and tear, including but not limited to, breakage due to abuse, improper usage, water damage, etc. The manufacturer’s warranty also does not cover any cosmetic packaging damage that may be caused through shipping of goods to customer.

Credit card transactions and order fulfillment are handled by secure third-party banking, processing, and distribution institutions. All credit card transactions and order fulfillment are subject to the applicable third-party privacy and compliance policies.

In addition to any excuse provided by applicable law, we will be excused from liability for nondelivery or delay in delivery of products and services available through our site arising from any event beyond our reasonable control, whether or not foreseeable by either party, including but not limited to, (a) acts of God; (b) flood, fire, earthquake, or explosion; (c) war, invasion, hostilities, terrorist threats or acts, riot, or other civil unrest; (d) government order or law; (e) actions, embargoes, or blockades in effect on or after the date of this Agreement; (f) action by any governmental authority; (g) national or regional emergency; and (h) strikes, labor stoppages or slowdowns, or other industrial disturbances, and other causes or events beyond our reasonable control, whether or not similar to those which are listed above.

- Governing Law and Statute of Limitations
This site (excluding any linked sites) is controlled by us from our offices within the State of Texas, United States of America. It can be accessed from all 50 states, as well as from other countries around the world. As each of these places has laws that may differ from those of Texas, by accessing this site both of us agree that the statutes and laws of the State of Texas, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof and the United Nations Convention on the International Sales of Goods, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this site and the purchase of products and services available through this site. Each of us agrees and submits to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the District Court of Collin County, Texas, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas with respect to such matters.
Any cause of action brought by you against us or our Affiliates must be instituted within two (2) year(s) after the cause of action arises or be deemed forever waived and barred. We make no representation that the products and services available through our site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside of the United States, and accessing them from territories where such products and services are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
