my Glorious model o won't work on any of my mousepads and it annoying cause my other mouse works perfectly on my mousepads so i don't know if i need a new mousepad og new g skates please help me i don't know what to do?!
I bought a model o- about a month ago and fell in love with the low weight and small size. But the one I bought had inconsistent clicks and developed a squeaky right click after only a few weeks. I thought I would be in the clear as this mouse had about a year of teething to work out issues like the old cable and side creaks, but I eventually just RMA'd it.
To glorious' credit though they sent me a replacement very quickly without any questions asked, despite others claiming glorious wouldn't RMA mice for a squeaky click. So the customer service (as far as my one anecdote goes) is very good. Seemingly on par with other brands like logitech.
But that doesn't excuse the lottery you're playing just to get a consistent mouse. Glorious isn't some scrappy underdog company anymore and when I see them plaster rgb and epic gamer branding it feels disingenuous compared to other companies claiming to improve like endgame gear. Where they'll sell you a mouse for a similar price but put that money towards better packaging and building a mouse with better QC behind it.
I would still recommend this mouse if you don't mind potentially playing the RMA lottery. It's better than the mm710/mm711 and it's cheaper than the new hati s. You can also buy this thing for normal msrp in countries outside the states unlike the hati s (hello canadian import fees). It's just disappointing that glorious still hasn't fixed their QC issues and judging by the newly release model D- it's safe to say QC issues are just a quirk glorious will always have.
For some reason when i try to download the software ( on windows), windows thinks it's a virus and doesn't let me download it. I opened the SOFTWARE file and clicked what was inside and the only option it gave me was, " Don't Run". Other than that the mouse is perfect but I need to adjust the debounce time.
If you plan on buying something that is a pre-order combined with something that is not, be prepared to wait 2 months for your item to come in. The company refuses to ship the regular item to me, and wants me to spend 20 dollars(American) TWICE, just to get it into Canada, that would be 100 dollars Canadian just to get my keyboard before November, so sad..
the debounce time only goes to 4 and you cant dragclick at the highest cps possible
