A premium tactile switch for a transcendent typing experience.
“In this case, Glorious has created something that's not a 1-to-1 of the original Holy Panda, but something new. A Holy Panda that removes some of that scratchiness and creates a smoother experience... as a stock switch these are my favorite tactiles.”
HIGH-END GAMING CRITIC

SMD RGB light hole for RGB compatibility.

Total Order Cost
This is a no brainer upgrade to MX Browns (Outemu in my case). Everything is an upgrade: the feel and the sound.
Reason why it's 4 and not 5 stars, is the fact that 2 out of 36 switches were dead, so I had to leave two of my old switches in. Also, a small con which affected my switch switching experience, is that the housing seems to be a little bit bigger than other switches, so it was harder to insert than my old ones (for reference, my mechanical keyboard is hot swappable, so unlike a soldered one, I had to use force to remove/insert switches).
Other than that, not a bad switch at all, on the contrary, was exactly what I was expecting for my first mechanical switches purchase.
I lubed (not the stem legs) and installed the Glorious Pandas in a MD Preonic Rev. 3. Amazing switches, they feel and sound unreal for their price. I do not have any kind of spring ping or crunch as others have stated (I noticed while re-assembling each switch I needed to be careful so the spring compressed correctly. This took extra time in the lubing process but I wonder if this is where some of the complaints of the spring crunch are coming from). Also, I do not notice any kind of leaf noise that I could hear. My order was from the second batch. I highly recommend these switches with the caveat that they must be lubed for the best experience. I do appreciate Glorious sends these dry though so I am able to control the type and amount of lubing. Thank you to Glorious for this product. Great product at an even more amazing price.
Why I knocked two stars:
I'm immediately dinging two stars for selling me 1/3rd of a product. I ordered these assuming it was going to be a full package of switches, only to get them and find it is 36 (versus 120 included with other brands/types/colors.) I've ordered switches from you guys before, and they always included a full keyboard's worth. Sure, you can say I should have read the description, but I just didn't think this was something that needed to be clarified. All of your other switch packages include enough to do a full keyboard, why would these be different? This should absolutely be listed in the item's title, not as fine print at the bottom of the listing. I understand that you're trying to keep the price in line with your other switches, rather than selling them at their full price of $75+ for a full set, but I wish you would just do that. You're selling a premium product, people are not going to shy away from the full cost. Very inconvenient, and nonsensical when compared to your other listings. I now have to pay the extremely inflated shipping price to wait 3 weeks for the absolutely horrific DHL shipping to send me two more boxes. For the love of all things holy, USE UPS OR USPS, I'll pay whatever the extra costs. DHL is expensive AND slow, the worst combination, and by far the worst carrier in the US.
Anyways, onto the switches themselves. They feel wonderful, with an incredibly satisfying tactical (yet silent) click. These will definitely be going into my pro model when I receive it in Jan/Feb (I paid the $70 to reserve). I'm very sad that I won't get to use these for several more weeks now, but in the mean time, I'll admire them for the greatness that they are.
They're very tactile and thocky which I really like. The only thing I really dislike about the springs ping too much and the leaf makes a ticking and scratchy noise when travelling/bottoming out. 4/5 because it it still does what it's suppose to do.
i installed these in my anne pro 2 with a wood case and a mousepad cut to fit the bottom of the case. i took exactly 16 hours from opening to lubing to desoldering and finally soldering. i feel like i went from a cheap keyboard to something i would consider boutique. i didnt lube the legs because i like the tactile feedback. Im glad i did it this way. the spacebar is a sound ill hear in my dreams from now on. every switch was operational and none were defective. very consistant
